The objectives of the EuroFIR Training Work Package are to promote knowledge, and to develop skills in the field of food composition data. This is achieved by organising specialised workshops and courses, and by identifying and optimising training facilities for exchange-training visits within the EuroFIR network. Bursaries for training and exchange visits will be granted to enhance the training aspects. The training work package is jointly led by the Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences and the University of Wageningen.
